Tony has delivered 2 loads of excellent quality logs to me each Spring since 2005. His customer service is unmatched, with timely reminders to stock up and a call the day before delivery to confirm his always prompt time of arrival. Tony's hilarious banter and commentary on the foilbles of his 'beloved?' politicians is an excellent way to start the day. Highly recommended.

I like things right and complain if they ere`nt. Nothing to complain about here, delivered within 2 days of ordering, on time and put exactly where I wanted them. Great quality logs and at a great price. Tony kept me fully updated at all times and it was a pleasure to meet him on the day. Will certainly be placing my next order with him.

Had logs delivered today and will be well stocked for next winter. The logs are of a very good quality and the service was excellent. Tony phoned before he arrived, gave the exact time of arrival so we could get the dump site ready. The logs are now put away waiting to be used which hopefully, given the good weather, won't be until next winter.

Tony has been supplying us with logs ever since we removed a gas fire and opened up the original fireplace - some 3 years ago. Brilliant service and friendly nature - would not dream of going anywhere else. And the most important of all - the wood is of excellent quality.

Delivered on time no problem, called night before to confirm time and rang to confirm he was on his way in the morning. Logs are perfect size and proper hard wood, not soft wood like you get from other places, which mean they burn longer. Lovely bloke and great service as well as great price. Definately will be using again. :-) :-)

first chance to burn the logs delivered last week. i've stored them in the garage at the moment until i get a log store next week. unfortunately, a lot of them are very wet, so im a bit disappointed. had a small previous bag of dry logs which burned cleanly and very hot, but from the first attempt this load is producing lots of smoke and not much else

Delivery was made on to my property, (unlike a previous company who dropped them on the road! The logs are an excellent size and dry and ready for burning. I've been buying from Bingley Log Services for 13 years. One load per year keeps me toasty warm in the dark cold months. I once bought from another source but found less logs for my money. Will keep using Bingley's and highly recommend them.

I have known Tony for 9 years now, a friend recommended Bingley logs to me i was a bit dubious at 1st mainly due to the quantity of wood i would be getting as i had only ever purchased my fuel in small bags before. After the 1st load had arrived i soon come round to the idea, the wood is much better quality than i was used to and i cant begin imagine how much i have saved over the years buying bulk. Ill be calling for another load in October Tony.
