Just received our second load, and can't recommend both the product and the service highly enough. Delivery both times has actually been even quicker than quoted on the phone, and the quality of the logs has always been great - dry, decent sizes, and always dropped exactly where I ask. Tony is great, let's you know when he's coming and gives a call when he's about to arrive. Delivery to the door even when it meant reversing up a narrow back alley. Lovely logs and lots of them, plenty of bits for kindling too. Left after a suitable mug of weak tea and a laugh at my attempts to stack the logs.

First time I have used Tony - excellent service and great timber.
Unfortuanately I'm partially disabled and couldn't help wide unloading and this was made worse by not being able to just tip the load of logs. Ably handed by Anthony, Tony they both threw the logs off the truck down onto my patio.
There was a mix of hard and soft woods, all sawn and spilt to a good size ready for my stoves. The wood was also dry and ready for burning.
All the fuel Tony needed was a weak , milky coffee with a bit of sugar.
All in all a great deal and I'll be going back for more.

Well done to Tony who kept us informed all the way when he was going to deliver and then rang when he had dropped them off and also in the evening to make sure we were happy. Tony kept us fuly informed about the delivery, we ordered Tuesday and took delivery before 9 a.m on Thursday. Tony likes to have a chat and a cuppa, this makes for better customer service. Last week Tony delivered our 2nd load of logs this year; as ever they are great quality with the majority about ready to burn now.
It is a real pleasure spending time with Tony over a cup of tea!

I have bought two loads of logs from Tony for a number of years and am always amazed at the service he provides.
The professional aproach he shows is outstanding.
The logs I recieve are hardwood dry,and cut to the size I require,delivered on the day and time stated at a spot that is convenient.
The chat and humour he provides afterwards is an added bonus.
Long may you keep up the good work Tony.

I have been buying logs from Bingley for 3 years now and have always been made up with the great service and value. Tony is a great guy and even helped me hand-bole a couple of 2 ton loads into my front garden when his tipper could not get round the back of the house. Big loads with a big smile.

Received a delivery from Tony for the first time. Extremely impressed by the punctuality (so no need to worry that you're wasting annual leave if you need to take time off - Tony turns up when he promises!).
Also logs are all hardwood and fairly well seasoned already. Be perfect after the summer. Chopped to all different sizes (might have to get myself a big axe to chop a few of the bigger ones again ). Very impressed!

Just got the first load of logs from Tony today. Tony's logs are always great, but he looks to have surpassed himself on quality this time - looking forward to using them when they have seasoned a little.

Tony arrived a little earlier than planned but kept me informed by phone of his arrival. Logs cut neat and tidy and look superior quality. I have had logs from several other suppliers and have been disappointed with some of the quality. In discussing logs over a cup of coffee you quickly get to appreciate that Tony is proud of the quality of his service and especially his logs. I feel more than assured that his logs will burn efficiently.

I have been buying logs off Tony for 20 years and can honestly say, you get exactly what it says on the tin. Good clean deliveries, all cut to usable size. This means a lot because when you nip out at night for a fresh basket of logs, you don't want to faff around chopping them to fit the stove. It doesn't matter if you're out at work, leave the cash under a plant pot and Tony will deliver the wood exactly where you want it - every time!
I also use Tonys wood for kindling; as it is all split along the grain, slicing it into smaller pieces is easy.
I have a pizza oven also, which can only burn hard wood. This means I can get all my logs from the same source at a sensible price.
Can whole heartedly recommend Bingley log services to anyone.

Contacted Bingley Log Services after reading the excellent feedback on the site. Tony responded very quickly, explaining what he has to offer, the price and the delivery arrangements. True to his word he phone me when he said he would and then delivered when he said he would. Extremely friendly, very knowledgable and a no-nonsense chap. I was a bit wary when it came to delivery because I was at work at the time. I provided instructions and Tony followed them to the letter. I arrived home to find a neat pile of chopped logs exactly as described - bone dry, no rot or sign of worm and really chunky so I should get a fair bit of energy and heat off each log. I can honestly say the pile was much bigger than I was expecting so this is very good value for money. I will definitely be recommending Bingley Log Services to other wood burner owners in my area.
