I Ordered another load of logs on Wednesday and Tony was spot on time this morning chirpy and bright eyed. The logs look great and if they burn and last as good as the last load we will delighted. I would recommend Tonys quality and service to anyone. He also is very knowledgeable on football and we had a good chat about the game over a cup of tea. Thanks Tony I will give you a call during the summer to stock up for the winter season. Phil

Excellent service from Tony. I needed an early delivery due to work commitments. Tony organised a 7am delivery and he arrived bang on time. I had the kettle on by the way. The logs are top quality and cut just right for a log burner. Great value for money and a perfect service.

Very pleased with the service provided. Called yesterday for logs tony came today as promised and dropped the logs as close as possible to our wood hut. Burning the logs as I speak and there lovely and toastie. Will defo be using this service when we run out as might be next year because there is loads 😊 tony is a true gent and look forward to his next visit. Thanks tony x

Sent email Sunday Tony arrived on the Thursday morning at 09.30 as agreed. What a great bloke really friendly. Make sure you've got the kettle on for a milky tea. Logs are great and plenty of them. If you need logs give him a call great good old fashioned customer service at its best.

No problems ordering and agreed a delivery date to suit. Tony followed up to call with a delivery time on the day so no disruption to my day. The logs are quality and all perfect size for my 1door 6kwh burner. Top bloke, great service, good value, I'd recommend to all and definitely use again!!!

Really pleased with speedy delivery, Tony is a lovely friendly person who tipped the logs right at the top of our drive nr the garage, which made it much easier for my husband to move them into our log store. What a great service from first phone call to the actual delivery, Tony provides a great Sevice, is very prompt on delivery and the size and condition of the logs are just first class , the best

Tony arrived at 06:50am - early and just as he said he would be. Nice big load of logs which are now all stacked and under cover. Quality service from a top chap! Will certainly be using Bingley Logs again. The whole experience was friendly and efficient from beginning to end. Delivery was exactly when expected, with good communication from Tony the day before and on the morning of delivery. Very reassuring to know that things are actually on their way.
The logs themselves burn well and we have been basking in front of the stove all weekend.

Tony helped unload logs to where I wanted them.

I had rang and emailed a number of more local companies who either didn't get back to me or who wanted far too much for a load that contained plenty of hardwood in the mix. We had read the comments that had already been posted, so were not surprised by the prompt and excellent service provided by Tony. Despite being led astray by his sat nav, he arrived bright and early to deliver a great pile of logs which we have already started to burn. They and he are excellent!

Had a truck load of firewood turned up bang on time as arranged this morning. Only rang late last week to sort out with Tony.
Communication was top notch, phone call to arrange a date / time, call the night before to say he would be slightly early and a call on the morning to let me know how far away he was. He even called back this evening to ask if I was happy with the quality of the wood!
Excellent all round and I'm sure the quality logs he brought will be in the stove sooner rather than later!
After reading the comments I had the milky tea with half a sugar ready!
Can't recommend him or the logs enough! Will prob see you in a week or so for load number two....when I can make some space that is!

Bingley logs have been delivering to my Dads for years. Took the plunge and installed a log burner February this year. My advice to anyone thinking of installing wood burners don't think just do it. Don't mess around purchasing builders sacks full of so called fire wood buy from Tony. As with anything you get what you pay for.
Tony your a great bloke your fire wood is what you say it is, what else can I say. Great service, proper fire wood. Kettle will be next year mate.

Tony kept us fully up to date on our delivery time tipped the logs exactly where we needed them best logs we've had and won't be going anywhere else from now on !! Tony delivered a load of logs yesterday, so we are nicely stocked up for the winter. As usual the logs are good quality, and I am looking forward to burning them through the winter.
I cannot recommend Tony and Bingley Log Services too highly!

Today had my first delivery of logs from Bingley Log Services,a regular 3.5 cu metre.Im most impresed with the service this firm offers,good value for money,they deliver when they said they would,courteous,good old fashioned service.The logs are a good mix of hardwood and softwood.
I would recommend this firm to anybody with a multi-fuel stove,I will definately be a repeat customer.

spoke to Tony, nice man, prior to ordering and was assured logs would be dry enough to burn immediatly, sadly not the case moisture content upto 35%, also much more softwood than hardwood plenty of it though, will be fine for next winter

As a recent convert to a wood burning stove I chose my first delivery from BLS both due to the close proximity and the number of positive comments left on this site. I have not been disappointed! From Tony arriving when he said he would, to the quality of the wood, to the shared cuppa and humerous chat it was a delight to deal with Bingley logs and I would not hesitate in adding my recommendation to all the others! Order two deliveries from BLS, both turned up on time as agreed, Tony is a great character. However the second delivery delivered early December are rather wet, so we will have to wait until next year to use these, they simply will not burn at the minute. However the first delivery burned really well. Must admit a little disappointed with second delivery.
